Works very well for pimples that are forming; I apply the cream in the evening to the spots where it is needed, and by the next day they are already almost gone.
I really do notice a difference with this product during my breakouts. Especially during a very stressful period, this is a top product for me. It is just difficult to sleep with it, but I usually put a towel on my pillow and then it doesn't bother me.
