The cica lip balm is soothing and restorative, and can definitely be used as extra care on lips with a cold sore.
Note: it is not a medicinal treatment, so for active or recurring cold sores, we also recommend using a specific treatment.
The cica lip balm is ideal for lip care after winter sports. It helps repair damaged lips, provides intense nourishment, and protects after exposure to cold, wind, and dry air. The formula does not contain SPF, as it focuses entirely on repair and care.
For sun protection in the mountains, we recommend the Ray Lip Balm SPF 50. It offers high UV protection and prevents your lips from burning while skiing, snowboarding, or hiking.

Very satisfied with the product
Very good, what could be better is the packaging, a very big box for such a small tube
Good product, expected it to be more of a lipstick. Very nourishing.
Unfortunately, I had an allergic reaction to it. I don't know which ingredient, but it's a shame because I'm a fan of your products. The service was excellent, though. I returned the item to the store and had no problem returning it and getting a refund.
