Apply the necessary amount of conditioner to wet hair, from mid-length to the ends. Leave in for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Tip: for extra volume in hair that gets oily quickly, apply the conditioner while there is still shampoo in your hair. Then rinse thoroughly.

Dear I don't know if it's the shampoo or the conditioner but I had a huge allergic reaction. Itchy scalp. My hair was limp. Maybe I used too much shampoo because it didn't foam.
Makes your hair very soft.
