Apply the necessary amount of conditioner to wet hair, from mid-length to the ends. Leave in for 2-3 minutes and rinse thoroughly.
Tip: for extra volume in hair that gets oily quickly, apply the conditioner while there is still shampoo in your hair. Then rinse thoroughly.

Great. This one for the morning, the peel for the evening.
I have very long and thick hair, so I have to use an extra large amount of the product; this makes it quite expensive to buy.
