Acne Prone Skin Serum

No, there is no purging effect when using the acne-prone skin routine.

The serum helps remove dead skin cells, which may bring impurities from pimples to the surface. However, in combination with the cleansing gel and the face cream for acne-prone skin, you won’t notice this. The cleansing gel removes the impurities, while zinc and rice starch in the face cream absorb excess sebum.

No, the serum for acne-prone skin should only be used in the evening. It contains mandelic acid (AHA), which loosens dead skin cells and makes your skin more sensitive to sunlight. By applying the serum at night and rinsing it off in the morning, you reduce the risk of irritation and pigmentation spots.

On other mornings (and evenings), you can use the Hydrating Serum for intense hydration and soft, supple skin throughout the day.

The products for acne-prone skin can be used from the start of puberty, which may vary in age from person to person. There is no minimum age for using Ray’s acne care products.

The products in the acne-prone skin range are suitable for both teenagers and adults and are safe to use during pregnancy.

Tests show that with consistent use of the complete acne-prone skin routine, you can see visible improvement as early as 4 weeks.

Thanks to the complementary effect of the active ingredients, the products enhance each other’s performance, helping you get the most out of your routine.

I'm very happy with the product, but less than a month after opening, it's turning yellow. I've experienced this twice already. I mentioned this to the saleswoman in Leuven, and she told me it can happen, but only after six months of opening.
