Step 2: Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50
Apply a generous amount of sunscreen for immediate protection. Reapply every 2 hours for optimal protection.

Azelaic acid (5%) — Helps reduce redness, has an anti-inflammatory effect and calms reactive blood flow in the skin. In addition, it works as an antioxidant and has a mild exfoliating effect, which not only refines skin texture but also helps pimples disappear more quickly.

Zinc oxide (non-nano)— Protects your skin against both UVA rays (skin aging) and UVB rays (burning). In addition to this protection, zinc has a soothing effect on the skin. The zinc oxide particles are non-nano and form an invisible protective layer on the skin.

Hyaluronic acid — Has the unique ability to retain large amounts of water, which instantly hydrates the skin and helps prevent it from drying out.

Red algae — Help protect your skin against sun damage.

Ik gebruik dit specfiek voor mijn gezicht. Glanst in het begin maar trekt na een tijdje wel in.

Only used once on my face. At first a bit shiny, but it absorbs after a few minutes. I use this, of course, to avoid as many wrinkles as possible, especially on sunny days.

Dear Sir/Madam, I recently bought the Ray SPF 50 sunscreen because I knew it from last year, but I think the formula has changed! I often exchange beauty tips with my daughter, and that’s why I wanted to use the sunscreen as a day cream. At her last visit to the dermatologist, she was advised: apply, apply, and apply sunscreen as protection against wrinkles, and since there are very few day creams with factor 50, I immediately chose the sunscreen. But now, after applying it for a few hours, the cream still hasn’t fully absorbed and I get questions like “Did you just put on sunscreen?” Not nice, because that’s not the intention.

Our Ray Sunscreen SPF 50 uses a mineral filter based on non-nano zinc oxide, which reflects UV rays and therefore is intentionally designed to remain partly on the skin. As a result, the cream may be slightly more visible than a classic sunscreen with chemical filters. However, the formula has been refined to spread more easily and also contains hydrating and restorative ingredients such as hyaluronic acid and red algae. We will contact you personally soon! :)

Hi Sandrina, thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear that the Ray Sunscreen did not give you the result you expected. Our sunscreen uses a mineral filter based on non-nano zinc oxide. This is intentionally left on the skin to reflect UV rays like a mirror, which can sometimes cause a slight white cast. In the latest formula, we have further refined the texture so that it spreads more pleasantly and leaves less white residue. We will also contact you personally about this.
