FAQ's
No, the Ray Lip Balm does not make your lips drier.
Many traditional lip balms contain mineral oils, petrolatum, or paraffin that create a layer over your lips to prevent moisture loss, but they don’t actually hydrate the skin itself. Over time, your lips get used to this ‘protective layer’ and may start to feel drier because they stop producing their own repairing components. Once you stop applying the balm, your lips quickly feel dry again.
Our lip balm works differently. The formula contains shea butter, natural waxes, and plant-based oils that deeply nourish, soften, and repair your lips. This keeps them soft and hydrated, without becoming dependent on lip balm.
Yes, our lip balm is completely safe for young children. We use only plant-based oils and avoid mineral oils such as petroleum jelly or paraffin, which can contain impurities (like dioxins or heavy metals) that may accumulate in the body and be potentially harmful.
Since lip balm is often unintentionally ingested, a formula based on plant-derived ingredients is a softer and healthier choice for both the lips and the body.

very good lip balm, not too greasy and repairs chapped lips well.
Helps very well with dry lips 👍👍
Very soft and moisturizes for a long time
Great product, but the casing (the twist-off capsule) broke off immediately after the first use. However, I will continue using the lip balm.
